Krazy Ketchup Turkey Meat Loaf
2 large ONIONS chopped
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin OLIVE OIL
1 teaspoon SEA SALT (or Kosher)
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup KRAZY KETCHUP
1 1/4 cups dry bread crumbs
3 large EGGS, beaten
5 lbs GROUND TURKEY
1/3 cup Krazy Ketchup to spread over the top
Preheat Oven to 325 degrees.
In a sauté pan, cook the onions in the olive oil until the onions are translucent, about
15 min on med-low heat. Add the salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Krazy Ketchup and mix well.
Cool. Then in a separate bowl combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, eggs. Add in the onions.
Put into a loaf pan and spread the Ketchup evenly over the top. Bake for 1 1/2 hours until the internal
temp. is 160 degrees and the meat loaf is cooked through. Serve warm or room temp or even in a sandwich! Serves 8-10.

Barbeque Cocktail Meatballs
Meatballs:
2lbs of ground beef, chicken or turkey
1/3 cup of krazy ketchup
3 tablespoons of dried breadcrumbs(try whole wheat)
1 egg slightly beaten
2 tablepoons of dried minced onion
3/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt(optional)
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all ingredients with hands. Make
into small balls. Place on shallow roasting pans and bake for 20-30
minutes until meatballs are done. Turn with spoon every ten minutes.
Sauce:
1 12oz container of Krazy Ketchup
3 oz of tomato paste(1/2 of small can)
1/4 cup of worestershire sauce
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of brown sugar(optional)
Mix ingredients in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add
meatballs and cook on low/med. low for 15 minutes. Enjoy.
For a much quicker version. Try 2 Lb bags of frozen meatballs. We
like Trader Joe's. Add Frozen Meatballs to Sauce bring to boil and
then cook on low for 15 minutes or until meatballs are warmed through.

Thousand Island Dressing
(A good alternative to ranch for dipping)
1 cup of mayo
6 tablespoons of Krazy Ketchup
1 stalk of celery-finely chopped
1 tablepoon of pickle relish
2 large hard boiled egg whites-chopped (optional for some added protein)
Mix all together and chill for 1 hour
Use as a dip or salad dressing

Krazy Ketchup Easy Pizza
1 Small Pizza Crust of your choice
(Half a bagel, whole wheat English muffin, a pre-made frozen brand or Boboli)
Enough KRAZY KETCHUP to spread over the top
Cheese, grated or shredded – use your favorite
(mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan)
Preheat Oven to 450 degrees.
Spread the Krazy Ketchup over pizza crust. Add Cheese or any topping you want on your pizza. Could be thinly sliced
turkey dogs, or pepperoni!
Heat for about 7 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and melted.

Aunt Mary's Krazy Chicken
1 whole cut-up chicken
1/2 cup Krazy Ketchup
3 TB lemon juice
1 TB worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat over to 350 degrees. In a small bowl mix together, Ketchup, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce.
Put chicken in a glass pan and baste with mixture. Bake in oven 30 minutes. Uncover after 30 minutes, baste again
with sauce mixture and leave uncovered, bake another 30 minutes or until internal chicken temp. registers 160 degrees.

Aunt Mary's Krazy Krab (a cold hors d'oeuvre)
1 stick of softened cream cheese (or whipped)
2 TB worcestershire sauce
1 cup Krazy Ketchup
2 TB Horseradish (can adjust to your taste)
1 1/2 cups fresh crab meat
Use a pie plate or serving dish. Mix the cream cheese with the worcestershire sauce and layer it on the bottom of the dish,
next mix the Ketchup with the horseradish and layer that over the cream cheese mixture, finally top with fresh crabmeat.
Cover with saran wrap and foil and refrigerate - Must be made 24 hours in advance.

Krazy Chicken Parmesan
8 chicken breast cutlets, or 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, split horizontally into 8 cutlets (1 1/2 pounds total)
1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground pepper
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cups Krazy Ketchup
1/2 teas. oregano
8 slices (1/4-inch-thick) mozzarella cheese, preferably fresh (6 ounces)
Preheat broiler with rack set 4 inches away from the heat source. Combine the breadcrumbs and the Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish.
Place the egg in a second shallow dish. Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Dip chicken in egg, turning to coat.
Transfer to breadcrumb mixture, turning to coat; set aside.
Mix the oregano inot the Ketchup. Pour ketchup into a 10-by-15-inch baking dish, or a rimmed baking sheet. In a large nonstick skillet,
heat half of the oil over medium heat. Add half of the chicken, and cook until golden, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a paper-towel-lined
baking sheet to drain, then place in prepared baking dish. Repeat with remaining oil and chicken. Top each piece of chicken with a slice of mozzarella.
Broil until sauce is hot, and mozzarella is melted and lightly browned in spots, 5 to 8 minutes.
